Synopsis/Details

JACK SAVORETTI's return to music with the unreleased song “DO IT FOR LOVE” is just the first step towards a 2026 of great news and celebrations for the Italian-English singer-songwriter, who will celebrate 20 years of his career next year.

After selling out the April 23, 2026 date at the Royal Albert Hall in London in just one hour of advance sales, SAVORETTI today announces his return to Italy: the date is October 15, 2026 at the Fabrique in Milan.

The first step on Jack Savoretti's new path was the release of the previously unreleased "Do It For Love," a Morricone-Bassey-esque love song that conveys the sweeping drama and soulful grandeur that have become his signature songwriting. The release was accompanied by a live black-and-white video, shot in a single take at Eastcote Studios in West London, which captures Jack and his band in a raw, unfiltered performance.

The song was co-written with Jack’s longtime friend Miles Kane, with the pair drawing inspiration from a vintage video of Julio Iglesias and Charles Aznavour performing “Com'è triste Venezia on television.”

“We were both in suits, just coming out of an awards ceremony,” Jack recalls, “and we thought: we should do a song like that.”

A few months later, the duo created “Do It For Love,” a love song steeped in late-night atmospheres and early-morning noir jazz.

It was only on stage in Eastern Europe, a few weeks after recording, that the true meaning of the song became clear to Jack:

This song is my way of explaining to the audience why we're there on stage. The moment I started playing the piano, the moment I sang the first verse—I'm lost in a wishing well / I wish I had someone to tell / all the things I've done / I did them for love—I knew: this is an anthem for anyone who keeps moving forward, anyone who refuses to take no for an answer. You can romanticize why we write, sing, and perform songs. You can try to define it. But the bottom line: It's because we love doing it. It's always been our love.”

Over the course of his career, Jack Savoretti has sold over a million albums across eight acclaimed studio albums (two of which hit #1 in the UK and four more in the top ten), amassed over a billion streams, and sold half a million tickets worldwide. He has collaborated with artists such as Kylie Minogue, Nile Rodgers, Bob Dylan, and Shania Twain.

Jack is also a committed philanthropist, an ambassador for War Child and Tusk.

Venue
Fabrique Milano

Fabrique Milano is one of the most important live music and entertainment venues in Milan, Italy. Located in the Mecenate area at Via Fantoli 9, it opened in 2014 inside a former industrial warehouse that was transformed into a modern, multifunctional event space. The building retains its industrial character but features a futuristic design, advanced lighting systems, and high-quality acoustics, making it ideal for concerts, DJ sets, fashion shows, and corporate events.

The venue covers over 2,000–2,500 square meters and has a modular structure that allows flexible layouts. Its maximum capacity reaches around 3,000–3,300 people depending on the configuration, with both standing areas and adaptable stage setups. This makes Fabrique suitable for medium-to-large international tours and events.

Fabrique is well connected to Milan’s transport system. The closest metro station is Line M2 (green line), with additional access via buses such as lines 45, 54, 75, and 85. It is also easily reachable by car via the Tangenziale Est, and there are parking areas nearby. The venue is located in an industrial zone with wide access roads, making arrival and departure relatively smooth even during large events.

Overall, Fabrique Milano is known for its energetic atmosphere, strong production quality, and its role as a key hub in the European live music scene.
