I-DAYS Milano are ready to announce the artists who will take to the stage at the SNAI LA MAURA Hippodrome on Sunday 5 July 2026 for a great evening of Rock and roll: the FOO FIGHTERS.
The American band will bring the only Italian stop of their “TAKE COVER TOUR 2026” to I-DAYS Milan.
Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett, and Rami Jaffee join the already announced lineup for I-DAYS Milano 2026 (with more big names to come in the coming weeks) at an important moment in their career. This year, the band is celebrating the 30th anniversary of their debut album and has recently released two new singles (July's "Today's Song" and October's "Asking for a Friend"), which provide a first taste of new music since 2023's acclaimed "But Here We Are."
The “Take Cover Tour 2026” will take America’s leading rock and roll ambassadors around the world following their 2024 “Everything or Nothing at All” tour, a triumphant run of shows hailed by the Guardian for its “thrilling intensity” and which prompted the Evening Standard to proclaim the band “still the undisputed kings of stadium rock.”
Opening the date are two bands much loved by the public and critics: IDLES and FAT DOG.
IDLES, the British band led by singer Joe Talbot, delves into the world of heavy post-punk, with lyrics informed by a strongly progressive vision that speak of vulnerability, acceptance, immigration, and brotherhood. Their latest album, "Tangk," one of the group's most surprising projects, is a more melodic and electronic work than their previous ones, composed of visceral and twisted love songs.
Fat Dog are one of the most exciting emerging bands of recent years, conjuring the kind of frenetic, wild live show we haven't seen in years, and now the creators of "WOOF.", a brilliant and mind-blowing debut album. Fat Dog's sound is "pillow-screaming music," a thrilling blend of electro-punk, rock 'n' roll growls, techno soundscapes, industrial pop, and rave euphoria—music for letting go.
