Event Cancellations in Milan until 03-04-2020 - Coronavirus

Due to the measures taken by the federal government against the spread of the Corona Virus, all events at opera houses, theaters, etc. have been cancelled until the 03-04-2020. Customers who have purchased tickets for this period will be contacted and payment will be refunded as soon as possible. We strive to handle all matters quickly. We would therefore like to ask for your patience, and please ask you to refrain from contacting us by phone for reimbursement requests. We will contact you as soon as possible.

We have been informed of the cancellation of the performances and are currently working on a refund to all affected customers. Since the refund must be made according to the information provided by the organizer, it can take up to one and a half months for the refund to be made. For this reason, we ask for your patience in this matter. We are working to deal with this situation as quickly as possible.

 

We would also like to inform you that the amount refunded to you corresponds to the production price / nominal price of your tickets. The exact amount can be found in the payment confirmation that you received when booking on our website. Since we are a ticketing agency and the performance has been canceled by the organizer for reasons beyond our control, we can only reimburse the production / nominal price and not our commission fee. As a ticketing agency, our services consist of assigning tickets to your order, contacting the organizers and securing tickets in order to deliver them to you. Since our services have been fully provided (e.g. fees and taxes have been transferred to the responsible authorities, the payment for the required workforce has been made, etc.), we are unfortunately unable to reimburse the commission fee.
